Okay, I would like to start this off by saying that I have been thrown around to many, many, MANY clinics now, due to my personal issues.
All of that is to say, that comparatively this dental office is one of the best ones I have attended, with one of the most positive experiences I have ever had. I have been ignored, neglected, and left in so much pain in many different places, and this was certainly not one of them.
If I could rate higher than five stars I would.
From the front of staff, to dealing with what I needed to get done it was a 10/10 all around. Everyone was super kind, and if you also suffer from anxiety issues they will give you as many moments as you need. Not to mention they actually listen to you when you talk. Which in any medical clinic is so, SO, important, and just not nearly as common as you would think or hope.
Please give them a chance if you are thinking about doing so, I know dealing with new dental clinics can be exhausting and, time consuming but, in this case it was personally very worth it for me.
Best dental clinic in Toronto. Found them on Google Maps while i was looking for a new dentist. The reviews were so positive that I had to come and now my whole family comes here. They are very detail oriented and up to date with all technological advancements to give you a better experience. They always follow up before and after appointments. You are never left in the dark regarding treatment options and pricing. They will tell you about your coverage and all that. Everyone is so friendly and professional I love it here
Very helpful and friendly dentists, staff, and service. Had a question about a tooth concern and got a very quick response and appointment time! Also happy that they don’t “upsell” unnecessary services, instead they will just recommend the things that you need to do, unlike some places you hear of. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist or hygienist! Also very nice how they coordinate with your insurance plan.
