Reviews:
This is probably the worst dentist experience I have ever had. I first took my grandmother here because she was having issues with her dentures but when we got there, the dentist said she could not help with anything and said that we needed to go to a specialist. When I asked questions on further details such as pricing and how the whole specialist process would work, the main female dentist yelled at me and told me that I was taking up too much of her time. We ended up going to a private dentist instead who helped us with everything and was extremely kind. I then had to take my grandpa here for his toothache. I was extremely reluctant based on my first experience here but they were the only ones who could take him in the earliest, so I thought I would go there again and hoped that they would do a better job the second time around. Unfortunately, it was exactly what I had expected. The dentist told us she was going to recommend my grandpa to a specialist because she did not know how to deal with his toothache. After about 2 weeks we had not received a call from the specialist so we called in to ask, and they said to wait another week. It’s been a month now and we still have not received a call from the specialist. I really question the credibility of this dentist. She seems incapable of doing her job which is concerning. To make things worse,
she was extremely unprofessional and rude.
My experience with this clinic was not good at all. I was lucky to get an appointment spot of another patient who cancelled.
The dentist spent a short time with me and while she seemed to be in a hurry, 1/3 of the time she was telling me I should go somewhere else closer to my residential area and another third telling me that they cannot do anything about my tooth because “90% it requires root canal” then later said “80%”. I am positive if I bargained, I would’ve reduced the possibility to “50%”!!!
The information she provided at the end about other clinics was not correct, eventually found the right information online.

Anyways, her evasive way of communication made me not to trust her. I left the clinic without any treatment.

If you are an adult, go directly to the university dentistry clinics (UofT for example)

The wait time is long right now they are booking a month in advance but the dentist is very knowledgeable and skilled and friendly as well.
