Honestly all I can saw is wow. I was referred to this dentist when talking to a friend complaining about how terrified I am to go. Whether it be checkups, cleanings, fillings you name it I am crippled with anxiety. My tooth was finally in so much pain I needed to go and was wanting to make a switch with my old dentist as he is getting a bit older. When I called the receptionist she was so nice and calming and made my visit so convenient as they got me in asap and that was just the start of my amazing experience. Walking into the lobby the place is so clean which instantly made me feel a bit better about trying this new dentist. I got really emotional in the lobby waiting for the dentist so the receptionist right away took to making me comfortable. I then was brought to get x-rays which I also panicked for but the dental technician was so sweet and calming I instantly felt safe. I then met the dentist Dr. Mavi who was not only professional but personable and hilarious. She told me everything she did before she did it and made me feel so comfortable and even validated my fears instead of saying that I was upset for no reason. I booked my appointment and unfortunately had nobody to bring me so we had to cancel and they were so understanding and rebooked me right away even putting me on a cancellation list to let me know if there was a chance to get in my appointment before hand. When I got in for my appointment I was shaking and so scared I was a hot mess. Dr. Mavi and Unkar (I think that’s how you spell her name) we’re so patient and sweet when I got in I had to take a minute sitting in the chair before getting right into the fillings. For the first time I felt comfortable to open my mouth and let them help me and do their job. Both the dentist and the tech were joking around with me, checking in with me, as well as giving me positive encouragement letting me know I’m doing a good job. After everything was done I felt so good, these women never judged me were so patient with me and made me feel like I wasn’t a burden (which is what I usually feel like). I sincerely am so grateful for what this office did for me I got in the vehicle and cried happy tears because of how positively they impacted my experience as a patient. I am so thankful that I am now a patient there. Again, from the bottom of my heart thank you Dr. Mavi, Unkar, and Danica.

After years of bad dentists, all I have to say is WOW!! This was a completely different experience than I’ve ever had at the dentist. Dr. Mavi and her team were amazing, I just got a root canal done by her and she walked me through the entire process, listened and answered my questions and treated me like she was working on her own family keeping it a fun light environment! And a huge up to her staff at the front desk, helped me walk through all my insurance stuff and helped save me money! Overall 11/10 experience, I don’t see myself going anywhere ever again.
P.S they even have Netflix and head phones rather than lame cable and sad music

Superb is the word that immediately comes to mind when describing the work and service at Townline Dental. Dr. Anant Mavi and her staff, accomplished dedicated and friendly, have created an environment that is professional and family-like at the same time. My recent visit to their office has been best ever. Despite these constant low and high whirring sounds I sat assured as Dr. Mavi and Danica continued with their kind hands, jokes, and laughter. My heartfelt thanks to them, and to Onkar who makes you feel welcome to the office.
