Dr. Townsend is an amazing and very educated young man. I just like how he explains and breaks down information if you don’t know what it is or what it means. The staff was so professional and knowledgeable that if you ask me this place you can call home and call them Family. I will be recommending people to come and get the same experience and more. I have a massive fear of the dentist and the MOMENT you walk in the desk lady’s there are Sooo sweet, welcoming, caring and understanding.
Had a cleaning today and I had a mental breakdown in the car before I went in and they did everything they could to make me comfortable and feel safe. That’s huge for me because Iv had many bad experiences and this really helped me and really made me want to come back. The doc is very nice and explains everything to you. I’m excited for my next appointment.
I LOVE DR.SMITH she’s amazing and does such a good job. She Always makes me feel comfortable and in good hands. I will never go to anyone else honestly. She doesn’t make you feel like a patient, more like family. I’m happy I met her and she is my dentist. She always informed me on any updates or changes in my procedure (if any). She smells good and is very professional. 10/10 recommend I love my teeth and the way they’re turning out. She followed the treatment plan and excited very nicely.
