I very recently had to switch Dentists, due to my former Dentist being merged into a larger group of practitioners who no longer accept most insurance. My insurance company highly recommended Dr Ma and Township Line Dental. I must tell you, my positive experience with this practice has far exceeded any expectations. The entire staff and Dr.Ma are the epitome of a what a dental practice should be, professional, personable, passionate and knowledgeable. Everyone makes you feel extremely comfortable and they don’t rush you through the respective procedure you are there for. Very efficient and thorough throughout the entire visit. Without a doubt the most positive Dental experience I have ever had in my 60 plus years of seeing a dentist. Very Highly recommended.Adding to this review on 7-18-2024… I have been seeing Dr. Ma for close to a year now! I have had a tremendous amount of work completed on my teeth! The entire staff, the Dr ( of course), have been absolutely exemplary! There is no other words to describe the practice. You will actually like going to the dentist.. no better feeling than being treated VERY WELL!

We took our 2yo rambunctious daughter for her first visit today. It was a positive experience. The office is nice and clean. Staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. We were comfortable. Dr. Ma and her assistant explained everything and adjusted as they needed (sometimes my daughter wouldn’t cooperate) and they were gentle with her (my daughter did not cry, nor scream, so it’s a win win). We’ll definitely be back for our next 6 month checkup. An added bonus for us is that Dr. Ma is also fluent in Cantonese (we discussed everything in English, and it’s helpful since my daughter is learning both languages so Dr knew what I was telling my daughter to do and chimed in to reinforce it). They have multiple screens so the patients can watch tv while laying in the chair, or sitting up.

It’s a clean place, Dr. Katherine Ma is knowledgeable and thorough explain things, also kind to her patients, the Dental Hygiene Jackie is sweet, soft spoken and gently with cleaning the teeth, the secretary/front desk Michelle is very helpful and quick to respond and back to you if you have any questions and concerns. The staff who also responsible for the X-rays is sweet and gently. All the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome to the place. My husband and I have been going to this dental for almost 2 years now.
