Reviews:
The front staff at this place is awful literally everytime I come in here, everyone looks miserable and like they hate being here. They will literally stare at you stand at the window for 5 minutes just talking to each other before they come out to address you every time you come and don’t expect any kind of smile or even the slightest bit of good service from these people. I called yesterday inquiring about an emergency appointment because I have an appointment with TCCH but this place can only schedule appointments two months out which I understand they are busy because they are affordable, but for an actual dental emergency that is not viable. They explained the emergency appointment to me and when I came in today to get one. NOW they say they don’t do same day emergency appointments, they have to schedule you out for 1-2 days which was not said on the phone and if that was the case I would have scheduled it when I called because I was only off today. The actual dentist’s are nice and treat you well but the front staff here is awful and unfortunately they are your first and last point of contact every time you come here. To make matters worse they don’t even treat you during the emergency dental appointment, they just check you out but in my case all I wanted to know is if I took antibiotics would I be good to make it to my next appointment so that didn’t matter to me this time but the idea someone who actually needs immediate treatment would have to pay $100 to just be told what is wrong with them and then still be scheduled out two months is utterly ridiculous . The saving grace at this place is the sliding scale discount that goes off your income, but considering some dental emergencies can be life threatening left untreated and they can’t schedule appointments but every two months and even an emergency appointment they make you wait on then depending on what your issue is you are better off going elsewhere. Find new front end staff, they all suck. Hire more people so you can see people quicker because some of this stuff is life threatening and can’t go two months untreated regardless of what your reasoning for that is and your front end staff that picks up the phone should disclose ALL information when you call and inquire about something. It sucks because like I said the actual Dentist I have dealt with is pretty nice and I am not one to leave negative reviews usually but with multiple bad experiences surrounding your front end I had to share my thoughts.
Been here a couple of times and never had any issues! Everyone is usually super nice.
Well.. that was until today. I got to my appointment and approached the window to write down my name and the time I got there and one of the ladies at the desk tells the other lady that someone is at the window, mind you I’m just filling my info, I’m in no rush so I haven’t said a word. The other girl screams “I KNOW SOMEONE IS AT THE WINDOW SHE CAN WAIT A FRICKING MINUTE.” I guess she had no idea that the window was open and I could hear her screaming, so I just looked at her and said: “it’s ok, I’m waiting”.
She just grabbed the paper I wrote my name and time and closed the window right on my face… so.. yeah. This one is probably one of the worst offices in Vero, don’t book your appointments here.

I’m here waiting to be seen as I’m writing this still waiting for an apology that I’m most likely not getting.

BE NICE, it doesn’t cost you anything.

Just spent $80 on an Uber and my entire morning to get to my appointment only to be told it was canceled because my dentist wasn’t in. When I asked why I wasn’t notified the receptionist gave a shrug and said we called you at… then proceeded to repeat a wrong number. I asked if there was possibly any openings today because again I spent $80 on an Uber, she said no. She tried rebooking and rescheduling me and again she put in the wrong number. Extremely disappointed.

In response to your response. I did leave my correct number and when the receptionist read it back to me I had to correct her twice, til she finally repeated my correct number back to me. Then proceeded to talk to me like the missed appointment was my fault. I received no text, no call, no email. Now I’m out $80 and I haven’t had any procedures done. Unacceptable.

****It’s been more than a week and No one has contacted me as you stated in your response.
