Reviews:
I just want to first say the dental side has saved me more than once, being a walk-in. The front desk lady (Yolanda) was very kind at every visit and explained things very well with a friendly smile. The Dr. That pulled my tooth was very nice and made sure i was comfortable at all times and his name was Dr. Schur, but only was he very nice to me but as well as to his assistant Gabriela Lopez. She was the one to bring me back to my ex ray’s. She was very nice. The whole experience was very refreshing. I would say they got it together on the dental side. That brings me to the medical side. While waiting, i overheard 3 or 4 different families that came in and had to reschedule no fault of their own. Sending people back over to Pasco because they just don’t have their scheduling right isn’t fair, nor are they paying for the gas. So i wish they would figure out where they are going wrong and fix it. That’s just what i seen in the little time i was waiting. One gentleman even took time off work because he had an appt. And then it wasn’t even that day, “they claim,” but he had his paperwork to prove it. So, more time off work just what a person needs. I don’t think they understand what people go through to get to these appt. So please get it together because, Oh, one more thing, a lady came in with her beautiful 6 month old baby, i guess a few min. Late, and they had to make it a big deal by telling her. I just thought to myself, WOW REALLY, after all the mistakes they have made and 1 mother was a few min. Late, and you would’ve thought the world was going to end. They need to reevaluate, i would say! So, other than that, good job dental side. My mouth has healed very nicely, and if i have any other problems, i definitely will come back! This place is very highly recommended!!!
Save your self!

I scheduled an appointment two months out as it was the “closest” date when I went to my appointment they told me they needed to reschedule because they were short staffed… the receptionist said they have been trying to get ahold of me for the last week by calling I asked why they didn’t email and she did not have an answer for me. I accepted the reschedule as it was the only option. I told the receptionist I am available at 3pm or after, she asked if 4pm on December 20th works and I said yes. She scheduled me for 9am… WHY?! I have noo clue but I was not heard one bit and I do not understood where the confusion came in. The 20th comes and they text me telling me they need to reschedule again!! As if I didn’t just wait three months, told my work I would need time off because they booked me for 9am, got the time off then turned out it was all for nothing. I’m DONE before I was even able to get started 1 out of 10 do NOT recommended, if you would like to be given a run around for months please schedule! Or use your insurance and resources to find a facility that is better managed and under control.

We’ve been going to chc in Snohomish County forever and when we moved to tricities we were worried maybe it would very different. We feared for no reason.

My husband brought our son in for two bad baby teeth. They got us a referral really fast and were very attentive to my sons fears.

They also got us the antibiotics he needed to fight off an infection that had been neglected by another facility elsewhere.

They listen too all of our concerns and get things done asap. You are not left wondering. I really appreciate how well they’ve cared for all our children over the years.

The dentist was very nice and front end staff was very kind. All in all a great experience.

Thank you so much TCH!
