My last visit to this place was good. I had met Dr Khan and then Dr Shah .. both are excellent doctors… but I had a very horrible experience with the scheduling consultant named Bijal, she claims that she is a dental hygienist but she isn’t .. I have searched her on Cigna portal .. she isn’t not listed .. but self proclaimed dental hygienist.. she was very rude when I came in for my appointment.. started talking to me with lot of attitude and making me uncomfortable.. I tried to explain myself but she continued with her attitude and face expressions.. I cannot believe the way she was talking to me .. she also called me for an consultation and then fooled me to get a clean up.. she doesn’t show any empathy towards the patient nor has any bedside manners .. Dr khan and Dr Shah please look into this matter.. because i firmly believe that you will loose your patients because of this lady’s behavior.. I unfortunately had to walk out of the clinic today because of her .. but I thank Dr shah and Dr khan and Debbie as well the assistant( sorry I forgot her name )for helping me out with my previous appointment..all of them were very helpful and very good but this lady was very very rude and disrespectful..

My dental experience started well. At the beginning, the receptionist had me fill out several forms and was very nice and helpful, answering any questions I had. Then Debbie, the Dental Hygienist, brought me over for my first consultation. She was super nice and professional, performed a dental cleaning, and suggested various ways to keep my teeth healthy. She also took several scan impressions from different angles. After the cleaning, I had to wait about 15 minutes for the dentist. Once she arrived, she asked me several questions, and I also had the opportunity to ask her questions. She showed me my teeth on a screen and explained what needed to be done, reviewing my preferences. Although she wanted to show me how my teeth would look after treatment, she couldn’t do so because she forgot the password :-). Nonetheless, everything went well with her. However, when I went to check the cost of the treatment with another lady, the lady was really rude and had a terrible attitude, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this negative interaction is the reason I won’t be returning.

The dental care is outstanding. The team works well together. My teeth have not felt this good in years. I just started going there and recommended me for root canal. My former dentist and team, not as thorough for sure.

Also the front desk person was so nice and scheduled me for my 6 month cleaning. The other front desk person was a little old school and business like but did not let it bother me. Once she warmed up to me she recommended a trip for me to Greece. I would not make this a deal breaker if a little rude from time to time(we live in Jersey after all).

In my opinion the top dental group in central Jersey(I would go no where else at this point).
