WARNING THIS PLACE IS A UNETHICAL AND ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.. DO NOT GO HERE. My daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed. She had a consultation and did not make an appointment at the time. About 3 weeks later we called for an appointment and were told we could break the service up into six payments and first payment was due then of $250 (no other details were given). We paid it over the phone at that time and made the appointment. We purposely made the appointment for 4:00 on Thursday so that I and she could work that day and go in at the end of the day for the removal. We got a call 2 days before the appointment saying they need us to come in at 1:00 instead. When we explained that wasn’t possible they said “well we expect patients to be available all day in case we have to move their visit time.” I have NEVER in my life had a medical practice tell me an appointment time and then say be available all day just in case they feel like moving you up. When we told them that wouldn’t work and that we wanted to cancel the service with them they would not refund the original payment we made of $250. We spoke to the office manager who was EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAD ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. She said you lose the $250 because it’s considered a deposit and you cancelled. Fast forward three weeks later they took another $250 out of our account. I figured this must be an honest error (due to auto draft) so we called them expecting them to say they would put the money back in the account due to auto draft erro. At that time once again the office manager got on the phone and said “you owe us $750 (half the cost of the surgery) for cancelling.” Mind you we wouldn’t have cancelled if they didn’t move the appointment time up and we couldn’t make it. RUN VERY FAST FROM THIS CRIMINAL AND UNETHICAL PRACTICE. So sad how they treat patients.

First of all, I’ll note that the “family” dentist had a movie playing in the waiting room with monster/demon like beings attacking people and being shot at with guns. I had to tell my 6 and 3 year old to turn around so they wouldn’t see the TV.

Secondly, I was going to be 10 minutes late for my appointment for my two kids and myself. Due to living 25 minutes away, I called to let them know I would be late and asked if that was ok or if I needed to reschedule. With a newly broken foot and 3 kids 6 and under, I didn’t want to make the trip unnecessarily. Got there and was informed they could only see me, not my 2 older kids who also had appts. When I questioned why I was told to still come in, they said I was “told the wrong thing” and they will make sure to rectify that. After spending over 10 minutes standing there, they said they could see one child and me, but not my second child (who is 3 years old, so his appointment would have literally been completed in the time they were “discussing.”) I was going to pay hundreds of dollars to renew my yearly family dental plan with them, but there are better options out there.
