I have anxiety in general but it is exacerbated during visits to the dentist. I have to share my experiences with Dr. Joel Krejmas, D.D.S. because he is the nicest dentist I have ever seen. He was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. I had to have several old fillings redone and made a few visits to Trident Dental. The front staff is awesome both in person and on the phone. The dental hygienist I saw was thorough but gentle. And Dr. K is the most compassionate and nonjudgemental dentist I’ve ever seen. I never thought I would be sad about moving out of state and losing my dentist but he’s that good that I am bummed I don’t get to receive my dental care from this office. I highly recommend Dr. K and Trident Dental to anyone in LA looking for a new provider. 10/10!
I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with Trident Dentistry. After calling to reschedule my appointment due to illness, they managed to cancel my appointment but somehow failed to put the new time on their books, causing me to miss work and waste time on visit where I had no appointment! Their only explanation was that it was a “mistake,” which is entirely unacceptable and disrespectful to patients’ time.
There’s also no convenient on-site parking and the office isn’t the easiest to find, and I did not have consistency in seeing the same doctor from visit to visit.
Overall would strongly advise looking elsewhere for more reliable and considerate care.

I used to love Trident Dentistry and referred at least 10 friends over the last 4 years. However, since COVID, they have been sneakily adding “cleaning fees” to each visit you have. I didn’t know this until the last time I visited I asked for a receipt.
After expressing my dissatisfaction in the recent COVID cleaning fee, their front desk told me it was to pay for PPEs; why should your customers pay your establishment for your PPEs? That’s the cost of doing business.They have been unhelpful and incredibly defensive. If you read previous reviews, you’ll see that people are very unhappy about this “new” charge
Anyways, keep an eye on your bill.
