Where to begin… First of all, they got us in super quick. We have had horrible experiences with other dentists, and we were all so relieved when we arrived. The staff here are AMAZING! Doc is caring, gentle, and explains everything. No surprises, they are very transparent. I have never had my kiddo get happy to see her dantist…she is now. From fear of dentists, to mouth fears, the entire staff help to relax those fears away!!! I would recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you so much to the whole crew at Tru!!!

Everyone from the staff was great! Front desk staff were pleasant, friendly and patient. They were able to get my daughter a same day appointment due to her pain and had the problem taken care of the same day! Dr. Sara and dental assistant was very pleasant and gentle with my daughter and explained every single step and what was next which I truly appreciate. Clear instructions post procedure were given by the staff. Everyone in the office were throrough. I definitely recommended Tru Family Dental Livonia!

My 3 oldest children are all patients here and we love it! The staff is friendly, helpful, and most importantly VERY thorough! At every step they make sure I am fully informed on what’s going on and what my options are. As a parent I feel confident that I am doing my best for my kids’ dental health by bringing them here. My firstborn is now an adult with his own insurance and he STILL chooses to come to Tru Family Dental for his care.
