My first encounter with True Dental was excellent. I had an informational conversation with the receptionist, immediately received intake information by email to fill out prior to my appointment. At the appointment I was greeted and processed quickly, I was offered coffee or water and my wait was minimal. I was greeted by the dental hygienist and felt comfortable with the X-ray and cleaning procedures both being very thorough. At the end of my appointment I met Dr. Bessemer he was friendly ask about me and my interests. His exam was brief and addressed my concerns. I have found a new practice that met my expectations for professional and friendly service.

New to Chattanooga, I’m happy to have found True Dental Hixson. A very nice staff, down to earth, and no games with proposed treatment plans. I say that because I’ve seen some $$ games having moved here from Atlanta. True Dental Hixson uses the latest imaging technology, and shows you extremely detailed pics of your teeth when proposing a treatment plan. I was able to prioritize two teeth that had fine cracks that needed crowns. Very organized scheduling, they send emails and texts, all very helpful. I do NOT like doctors and dentists lol, but these folks earned my business by being professional, courteous, down to earth, and efficient.

Thank the good Lord Jesus he led me to this place. I had a horrible experience with aspen dental, sat down and prayed and was led to this office. From the great staff at the front desk, to a visit with Traci (hygienist), to dental assistant Anna, to Dr. Luke Bessmer I had the best overall experience at a dental office ever. I highly recommend if you want some honest and amazing work to visit this office. Thank you for all that you all do.
