I would have to recommend any dental office other than this one. Dr.Tsang said she would do a partial for my husband put through an estimate to my insurance company then said oh sorry that’s not something I can do for you and sent him to a specialist. We had to pay out of pocket for that visit and when he said he could do the partial insurance declined the request because a previous dentist had already claimed it. I tried to bring up the issue up with Dr. Tsang’s receptionist but I have never encountered a ruder more snarky person in my life! All she said was “well we were never paid for that work anyways”. Well of course not you never did the work. Unable to get the issue rectified I refused to pay a small balance on my acct. still nothing ever got done. I let the bill go to collections to make a point,obviously they didn’t get the point. So I paid the bill and decided to find a new dentist. In the meantime my daughter gets a terrible tooth ache and we book an apt with 7 oaks laser dental(which has an exceptionally pleseant receptionist)and made an apt for two weeks from now. Very long time to wait with a toothache, my daughter calls dr. Tsang to see if she has an opening sooner, the receptionist-unfortunately same one as the previous few years refuses to even book her an apt! In a time where customer satisfaction and friendly service is sometimes worth more then the actual product or service itself this office would rate a zero, sorry maybe a two the hygienists are very nice.

In 60 years I’ve never been a fan of the dentists chair. Since Stephanie took over the practice from our previous dentist she has made the visits far less challenging and (dare I say it) more enjoyable. Her (and her staffs’) knowledge, kindness, patience, understanding and humour take the pain away better than the anesthetic! 5-stars all the way, thanks for the smiles!

I have huge anxiety around the dentist. I had to have all my teeth extracted for dentures. Dr. Stephanie and her assistants are top notch. I have never felt so at ease in a dentist’s chair. They take the time to make you feel comfortable and they will go as slowly as you need. Just an all around great experience! Thank you so much Dr. Tsang and staff!
