I am a nervous dental patient. I always let offices know that when I go in. This is the first office that has met me with low-key but genuine care that put me at ease. They didn’t chastise me for not flossing as much as I should or that I was doing *this* or *that* wrong. It felt like I was being cared for by normal people! Who’d have thought?! They also didn’t try to capitalize on my teeth when they could have. It’s also a good sign that my dental hygenist Lidia used to work in the office, and because of the culture of the office, she became a dental hygenist! I think that speaks a lot to the culture there. They also had impeccable communication ahead of my visit. I left looking forward to my next cleaning visit. That has never happened before!!
I’ve been with Tualatin Dental Care for three years, and I can’t recommend them enough. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable (and they clearly care about excellence, from the front desk to the dental chair). More than that, this is one of the kindest dentist offices I’ve ever worked with. I’ve recently needed some work done, and Dr. Kim and the team have answered all of my questions (in appointments and over the phone), have made me feel heard, and always respond to my anxieties with sensitivity, honesty, and easy to understand information. I feel extremely confident that I’m in good hands here, which makes getting the care I need so much better. Highly recommend.
Tualatin Dental is amazing in every way! I’ve been a patient for 12 years and have always received the most professional service. From the time you are greeted and checked in at the front desk, it’s a wonderful experience. Justin does an exceptional job taking care of the cleaning and X-rays. The other hygienists are great too. Let’s face it, nobody likes to have their teeth drilled on but if it’s necessary, there’s no better dentist to take of that than Dr. Kim. Thank you Tualatin Dental!
