This is an excellent group. Very professional, and the staff (everyone) is excellent at what they do. They really go out of their way to do whatever they can for you. I have been coming to this place for a few decades, and it has always been this good. Just today I was there for teeth cleaning, and David did an excellent job of giving me hints of things I can do to improve my home dental hygiene. I alternate between him and Ashley, and she also is very good about telling me everything she is doing and why. I just love going to this place.

The staff is so helpful and found me spot almost 2 months earlier. Dr. M was fantastic! He discussed options and care. And with major anxiety about my teeth, eased my anxiety and discussed next steps. Feel comfortable with all of their options for me!

Update: The process was fantastic. I am three days after my oral surgery and the care shown by the front office to Dr. Mackelprang has been top notch and I haven’t been this pain free in years. Thank you doesn’t express the gratitude I feel.

Every one of the staff is competent, friendly and helpful and explains each step that will be taken from the beginning so I’m at ease with the process, no matter how complicated or difficult. I feel totally assured that whatever my periodontal problem, Dr Makelprang will handle it skillfully and competently. I’ve had bad dental care in the past but can’t imagine getting anything but the best care in this office.
