I had high hopes but as a new patient i was put off by one of the receptionist talking poorly of a colleague within earshot of everyone in the waiting area. I had a 10am appointment and wasnt put into a room till 11:15am. I understand offices can run behind but an hour and fifteen minutes is unacceptable. It’s rude and not caring of my time and i was late to another appointment. If i showed up an hour and fifteen minutes to my appointment, would that be ok with them?. At the end i was asked if i wanted to make an appointment and i clearly said no thank you and i would do it online. No sooner did i leave i got a notice that they scheduled an appointment for me. I then had to waste more of my time to call them to cancel. The dentist was apologetic and nice as was the dental tech. But the experience was less than par. Not sure ill return.

Please avoid any treatment from them as they want your money only, they won’t give you right advice, tell you only unnecessary expensive treatment so they can money, happened with me as I discussed my front tooth which had crack and Dr Sharifiyan advised me to have new crown and said there wasn’t any another treatment, so I spent $1k and after they put very small crown which got out within a year, when I consulted another dentist and explained her, she said they did it wrong and for minor crack it wasn’t required. And I again spent $900 for new crown which was bigger and was fixed firmly. Also they don’t care during treatment procedures.

This practice starts as a bunch of nice people but don’t dare question their excessive charges! Suddenly they will dump you as quickly. Avoid this practice at all costs unless you’re OK paying extra and unnecessary charges!

Update: after 3 emails and two phone calls, leaving messages and never receiving a call back, totally ignoring me, now they want to talk to me, after posting this review? Just look at the other reviews… these people only want money and would lie about the services “recommended” when they really can do it for half the cost.
