At first I was skeptical with this office being located so close to a liquor store, however this is THE PLACE TO GO! I’m so excited that we found Twin Branch Dental… Most dentists try to upsell you things that you might not need and just don’t care about you. This place and everyone in it are very courteous. The dentist never once tried to upsell us on anything. We will be coming back for everything our family needs. At this visit my little girl had her front teeth x-rayed and the machine used for this is SMALL and I didn’t have to leave the room or hide behind a wall… It was the smallest x-ray machine I’ve ever seen and very convenient and not something every dentist has. Everyone from the receptionist- lady to the dentist-gentleman to the assistant-lady was very professional and this is exactly the type of place we were looking for. I highly recommend Twin Branch Dental.

Today was my very first time here and I will officially never go anywhere else. I had to get a tooth pulled and I’ve never been through that. Abby calmed my anxiety within my first 5mins if being there and even held my hand when I got the local anesthesia shot. Sierra was so gentle with the anesthesia and so patient with me. I had Dr. Z as my dentist and he was so cool. He hums while he works and it was really soothing. Everyone explained every detail along the way and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Even the receptionist at the end was super sweet (I think her name was Jessie?). I didn’t even hesitate to schedule my follow-up appointment. I’m extremely grateful for Twin Branch.

Now, granted, this was only my first time there but I was impressed by the professionalism of everyone at the Center. They seemed genuinely glad to have me there and patiently explained everything they were doing, no matter who was speaking with me. I met several people with seemingly different expertise. They seem to have state of the art equipment and the environment was very relaxing while respectful of individual privacy and putting me at ease. I’ll speak more on this review once they get down to cleaning my teeth. But so far so good!
