Dr. Shaw and his staff are amazing! They always take the time to explain everything they are doing and all the tools to my 7 year old son who is autistic and needs to know exactly what is going on. They speak to my 5 year old daughter with compassion and treat her with so much care, even if she is wiggling the whole time. They automatically adjust their approach in treating each patient regardless of knowing their situation. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Shaw to anyone looking for a dentist.
I had a dental emergency over the weekend. Dr. Shaws office did a great job of working me into to his schedule early Monday morning. He did a great job of explaining in simple terms what my treatment options were and where to start. Highly satisfied with the result and cost.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Shaw for over 25 years. He is an outstanding provider and goes out of his way to explain procedures and options. Dr. Shaw includes his patients in the plan of care. His office staff is always responsive to requests and questions! Great practice.
