Reviews:
HIGHLY DO NOT recommend.

I will start by saying, the students who did my initial exam and the lady at the front desk were phenomenal. During my exam, I explained my fear of the dentist, and that my mouth is very sensitive. They reassured me they would put in my chart to have nitrous. Fast forward to the day of the root canal. No one was aware I was getting nitrous. When I made a comment about it, AFTER ALREADY PAYING FOR IT, the younger blonde man made it seem as if it was an inconvenience to get it set up. Reluctantly, he did it.

They bring me back to the room, and at this point I am getting nervous but trying to control the tears. The doctor comes in, looks over the chart, sees that I was set up for nitrous and immediately started trying to talk me out of it. Saying things like “it doesn’t do much anyway.” And “it’s only going to make the procedure longer and harder for me to complete” At this point, I am in full blown tears. I simply wanted it over with, and agreed to do it without nitrous.

The doctor did not like that I was upset and my tone of voice when I told him to just get it over with, stating “you’ve made me nervous and I no longer feel comfortable doing this procedure today.”

I immediately left. The lady at the front desk refunded my money (which I’m still waiting for) and cried with me in the hallway. I Found another dentist to perform the root canal. One who didn’t care that it may take them a little longer to complete as long as their patient is comfortable.

Your facility and doctors should be ashamed of themselves. Fortunately, I was able to find someone else and continue going to resolve the problem. Others could have experienced this disaster and never wanted to go to another dentist again. DO BETTER.

I can’t remember the names of the young men and woman who did my oral surgery but I really want to brag on them. My 2 teeth were so strong and took 3 hours to get out. I was so afraid of swelling and pain bc the extraction was so difficult to get out. I woke up this morning, no pain and barely any swelling. Give these dentistry students a try. Its cheaper and I feel I got top of the line care.
I have been there twice now; both appointments involved practically zero waiting, and everyone from the receptionist to my dentist was polite and professional. I’m very happy with my new tooth–it looks as good as money can buy. My only complaint is that they don’t tell you where to park when you make the appointment (garages on Transcript or Huguelet).
