A filling came out after 10 months. When i came back to have it checked, I was informed I would have to pay to have the filling replaced as my dentist is on medical leave and a different dentist would have to do the work or I could wait for my dentist to return (with no expected date given to me). My dentist has been on leave for over 4 months. I had been a customer of Underhill Dental for over 30 years.
There are so many issues with how I was treated:
– I was informed of that fact after coming to my appointment and made to wait in the waiting room and in the chair for over 20 minutes. I can’t imagine how difficult it would have been to inform me when I came in or when I scheduled the appointment.
– This is a business. There are no reviews for individual dentists. If the dentists of the practice do not cover for each other, one can only imagine what will happen if you have a serious problem and your dentist is away on vacation or on leave.

This is not the only issue my family and I have encountered with Underhill Dental since Dr Lubin retired. We will now be looking for a new dental practice.
After almost 40 years, I still write “Dr Lubin” in my calendar for my dental appointments. My recent appointment was for a cracked molar that required a crown. Not something you look forward to seeing your dentist about. I was lucky to have Dr Reiter look after me and she was fantastic. Clear explanations, calm, caring and reassuring. I’ll be happy to write Dr Reiter in my calendar moving forward.

These reviews have to be so fake – the front desk staff and the one doctor are amazing.
The woman dentist is a straight up crook – tried to charge upwards of 7k for work that doesn’t even need to be done.
I went to “three” separate dentists and each and every single one was appalled at what I was quoted and why.
How this location hasn’t been audited or was on that TV show about how dentists in our country over charged is beyond me.
