Trust your teeth with someone else. They called me the day before to move the appointment back 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby for a cleaning. The receptionist finally takes me, says “sorry for the wait” And then picks up a phone call and doesn’t even put them on hold. When the dentist finally started talking to me, her daughter comes in touching all sorts of things and screaming. I was about to leave because this was already so unprofessional. The dentist was quick and rough with the first part. Then when it came to the polishing part she literally polished no more than five seconds and got up and went to another client. I don’t mind to wait a little for quality work, but half an hour for a shotty job feels like she just wants to collect the money from insurance and doesn’t actually care about the clients. I left feeling so disrespected I had to call back and cancel my follow up appointment.

Friday August 2, 2024 .I called on behalf of my mother regarding a bill, the manager (Danada) was SO very unprofessional. As I was speaking to the rep (Nicole) who was very professional the call dropped I called back immediately MS. manager picks up the phone very rudely screaming “HOW CAN I HELP YOU” with much attitude as I told her I did not appreciate her tone she proceeded to run down how the previous staff didn’t do there job this is why my mother had a bill dated back to last year. SHE should not be working with the public just NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL!! and because of HER we will not be coming back after my mom last visit. ( after her procedure if this manager is still there)
