Reviews:
i would rate this place zero if i could… stay away… thank me later! had a awful experience just scheduling an appointment with a rude rude and dishonest receptionist with zero compassion. besides the fact that you cant get through… no callbacks after left numerous messages… I had a referral for a wisdom teeth evaluation and treatment. dentist said one fsure needs to be removed but rest should
be evaluated and treated accordingly by a surgeon . The initial appointment had a 2-month wait. When I called to provide missing information, they said it was for the removal of all four teeth without evaluation first. I asked for an evaluation which is the normal approach… like who removes 4 teeth without eval first.. an eval was scheduled but they cancelled the appointment to do the work and didnt say they are cancelling it… now I had to wait 2 months for an eval and 3 months to get work done…while im in agony, my teeth are shifting and chipping cuz the tooth is putting pressure on it… only in America… ill be toothless by the time the day of the appointment rolls around…. like im gonna wait!!!!!! this experience is a blessing in disguise… i can only imagine the rude treatment i would’ve gotten sitting on the dental chair according to these other “rave” reviews… your staff is definitely a reflection of you…
Absolutely not. He’s a butcher and treated me like I was a toy. He grabbed opened my mouth and began stabbing me with anesthetic without warning. I screamed for him to stop, and he just kept going, completely ignoring me. I began crying and had a full blown panic attack in the chair and I couldn’t control my breathing. He fully ignored me. Went on to remove my wisdom and just threw my face and head around like a ping pong ball. He dug by lip into my tooth and I was begging and pleading for him to stop and he wouldn’t.
He barely spoke to me after the appointment.
I’ve been shaking out of control since I left 2 hours ago. I don’t say this lightly, but this was truly traumatic.
Never ever go there.
Oh and secretary definitely has a good heart, but she’s unfriendly and annoyed at everything. I can just imagine the toxic work environment she’s in. Her behavior is their own doing is what I’m trying to say.

Stay far away.

Deciding to get my wisdom teeth removed, I went with this office at the referral of my dentist. They were great. Very easy to set up an appointment, and the doctor (whose name I can’t remember) was patient and explained the process and its steps, informing me of the risks and timeline involved.

The secretary (whose name I also can’t remember) was also very sweet, helpful, and supportive, especially during my first time through (I got all four wisdom teeth removed in two parts, two one week, the other two removed two weeks later) when I kept calling to ask about my concerns.

Only negative I can think of is when the doctor was during the procedure both times, it was uncomfortable when he was working on my mouth (I mean he’s literally pulling teeth out. It’s not like he’s giving me a massage).

Would recommend for wisdom teeth procedures.
