As great an experience as you can have while visiting the dentist! When your hygienist is careful kind and thorough, and leaves you feeling better than when you came in it’s for sure 5 stars already before the dentist even sees you. Dr Zhu is as wonderful a person as he is a dentist. He makes you feel comfortable, and confident that you made the right choice coming to upper Bayview, he made sure I knew exactly what was happening with my teeth and gums, what I could expect moving forward, and what my options were as well as giving his opinion and suggestions but allowing me to make an informed decision about my own care. I appreciate the level of care I received today and look forward to many visits in the future.
Best dentist and dental office ever. Hygienists are great. Sensitive to your needs. Gentle if you need that. Friendly yet professional. Dr Zhu is amazing! So attentive and takes time to exclaim everything. I had two major procedures and both were treated with expertise and great attention to detail. I had a crown put on a molar and where other dentists wanted to pull and put in an implant, Dr. Zhu is all about saving teeth if at all possible. A year later I still have my tooth, no problems. He put crowns on my front four upper teeth to repair two old crowns which looked bad. I’ve got a beautiful smile again and am very happy with the work he did. Would highly recommend this office.
My hygenist was very friendly and super knowledgeable, also Dr. Zhu is amazing very helpful and very kind. Ive been with Dr. Zhu since Maple family dentistry and have transferred to his new location simply because he is a very good dentist. All of the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I also have my entire family that uses this dentist and I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone in search of a dentist. I really enjoyed my dental visit this year!
Also they have massage chairs to maximise your comfort while on chair and i absolutely love it!
