Recently I broke a tooth that had previously been repaired with a filling. Dr Chenwas recommended to me by a friend . Even though I live in Aurora and Uptown Dental is located in Burlington it was well worth the drive. It took three appointments to replace the old filling and install a crown. Dr Chan and her staff were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. They were very friendly and made every effort to ensure I was comfortable. No hesitation in strongly recommend ing Dr Chen and her team.
Eventhough i now live in Hamilton, i still chose to stay in Uptown Dental. They have the best service (at least in my experience) and all the staff are the sweetest. Dr. Botelho took care of me since the beginning and made sure everything was looking perfect. They are very accomodating as well when i had emergency on my retainer. I highly recommend you pay them a visit.
I have been a patient at Uptown for over 2 years, and every visit i’ve had has never disappointed me. All of the staff are so amazing and kind, and always give me the best treatment, especially Dr. Botelho. She is always very considerate towards the comfort of her patients and always keeps them top priority. I highly recommend this dentist for any of your dental needs.
