This is very disappointing how the customer service works in this highly recommended clinic. I thought since this a highly reputable clinic everything will be handled smoothly and faster but so sad that they are very far from my expectation..
my first time to have their dental cleaning service. When I arrange payment by GCash php 6,600.00 cleaning fee at first the msg is under process it will be credited to them but according to the receptionist I need to tap again because the payment not reflected on their system.
And at the end i was charged double payment to them and amounting to php 13,200.00 and was verified also by them.
Multiple times I follow up to refund the excess payment but they have all excuses and saying that it will be credited soon to my account but until now no refund process and I even sent msgs to the account manager Mr Christopher Ramos but no response only seen Msg. Is that how you deal with your client? You are just destroying the good image of your Clinic..

BEWARE OF THIS URBAN DENTAL CLINIC PASAY CITY BRANCH!
We had a very pleasant experience in Urban Smile Pasay we are a family of 6 with 3 kids. Dr Kates, Dr Thea and the staff specifically Ms Jules were very welcoming & friendly to their patients. The girls were very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but the doctors were very patient with them and spent a lot of time especially Dr. Kates, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr Kates and Dr Thea are very professional and take the time to explain what needs to be done and provide valuable advice, It’s not easy to find a good dentist for your kids, so I highly recommend Dr Kates and Dr Thea and the staff for kids and adults.
Thank you guys! We will surely come back again

I can’t recommend Urban Smiles Dental Clinic highly enough. The dentists and hygienists are all highly skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. Especially Dr. Kate’s, she has been very helpful and friendly towards her patient. They take the time to thoroughly explain procedures and address any concerns I have.
The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they make scheduling appointments a breeze.
