Horrible experience in Lafayette. Constantly felt railroaded. Stories were constantly changing. Very messy in the exam rooms. Kept trying to either talk over you or wouldn’t answer.

Not once did I ever see someone wash their hands or even use sanitizer before putting on their gloves. Once they were gloved, they fiddled with their hair, counter tops, chairs, etc. It was gross.

Had to put up a fight to get a refund because procedures weren’t done. The crown that was supposed to be put in, was not correct. Nobody seemed to have thought to check it before the appointment.

They absolutely refused to make a statement on the original invoice that X procedures were not done. They wouldn’t give out anything on how a refund would be processed. That information was not available anywhere.

A refund did go through, thankfully. However, their cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Their lack of even basic hand sanitizer was gross. Asking for a kleenex, was refused because they didn’t have any yet. But the bathroom is right down the hall for toilet paper.

Never going to return. Definitely do NOT recommend.

INSURANCE FRAUD!!Brought my 2 yr old daughter here to look at one of her front teeth that was damaged from an accident at that park. The doctor looked at her for maybe one minute then told me to take her to Riley hospital to have it removed (it didn’t need removed at all). Then they charged my daughter’s Medicaid for a cleaning, exam, and fluoride treatment. When confronted they tried to tell me it was “accident”.

The doctor made me feel very comfortable and performed the work on my teeth very efficiently. I really appreciated her approach and attitude as well as both assistants. And the whole energy and vibe in the office is very chill and inviting. It’s probably the best dentist experience I’ve ever had so thank you guys and I so appreciate meeting you all. So glad I have a dentist home here now!
