I am totally blind with a seeing eye dog after attending this dental clinic for the second time I have found the dentist very good. He explains everything that’s going on which eases the mind.
I have also found the admin Sarah to be very helpful as well Offering to look after my seeing eye dog, one time behind the counter while I went in to have my teeth done.
I’ve also found other staff members to be friendly as well. I highly recommend this dentist clinic to anyone wanting their teeth checked.
I would also like to thank this dental clinic for supporting seeing eye dogs Australia, by hosting a money box on their counter. All money raised, goes towards people like me who are blind and people who are vision impaired to live independently and get around the community safely.

Dr Chai is so lovely. He explains everything clearly and has the best bedside manner. My Autistic son will only now see him. And my other children have no trouble going to the dentist either. The staff are wonderful and so helpful too. Gentle dental is very fitting to the work that gets done. It makes my fear of the dentist rest more and I can definitely say I will be seeing him for myself too.
By far, the best dentist I have been to. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, and so very helpful getting my husband an appointment with his strange work schedule,and very welcoming to my assistance dog. The dentists themselves were fantastic! communicated throughout the appointment, making the process so much easier. Great service, can’t recommend more.
