Reviews:
Surprised by negative reviews. I had a really stuborn root canal. Dr. Marshal hung in there and got it done. Lebrea(I know I’m not spelling that right) was absolutely fantastic! Found all the staff to be friendly, which is so important, if your front staff is bad doesn’t matter how good the dentists might be. My only snag, being a new patient I would have liked if each person would had introduced themselves when they came in the room. And to have things explained in a little more detail as procedure was being done. I absolutely HATE going to the dentist but feel very comfortable here.
Dr. Tom Mims runs a business with a pleasant atmosphere. He is a great man as far as I can tell. Works with patients who cannot pay all at once by giving a payment plan. There are some new dentists that I honestly cannot give an honest review on at this time. I do believe that the business will suffer in Tom’s absence.

Dentist Mims does excellent work. He even called me at home himself to check on me after surgery. Thanks Tom.

Dr Mims is great while his staff proved woefully lacking. I experienced rude treatment and have long lasting discomfort from a rough and painful procedure . Clearly the team member was either untrained or otherwise unable to accomplish a new process for implant measurement for tooth implant. Not only was the procedure long lastingly painful, a poor fitting tooth was installed.
