Beware of Fraudulent Claim to your Insurance!!
I was looking for a new dentist in my neighborhood, so I called this office if they would accept my insurance in mid June. After getting my personal information to look up my coverage, they started to explain how they would bill my plan and to me. I told them I would call back to make an appointment after discussing with my spouse. I never called them back for an appointment.
I received a bill from my insurance company a few days ago and was shocked to see that I was billed to the service from this dental office which was never rendered to me.
I understand this is a difficult time and everyone is trying to stay afloat; but for a profession, it is unacceptable. I truly believe it is not a mistake.
I gave ‘one’ star just to post my experience.
If you are looking for a new provider, just be careful and watch out for yourself.

Dr Vanessa Ho is the best! She has all the new technology to make your experience special. From intraoral cameras, digital scanners, milled crowns in 1 day, digital X-rays, minimally invasive dentistry, and non metal technology. You will be receiving the best dentistry had to offer. But what makes Dr Vanessa Ho special is her care, thoughtfulness, and love for her patients. She always takes the time to explain what she is doing for all patients. She is always hearing and understanding what her patients need, and she cares about each patient and situation. She is ethical, thoughtful, and gentle in all that she does. Highly recommend her to all.
I love Dr Ho. I moved away from this area but I make the trek back twice a year because I don’t wanna change dentists. She and the staff are super attentive and friendly and they focus on prevention with great tips on what I can do for my own health. I’ve had bad experiences before with dentists who tried to charge me thousands for unnecessary work or did the bare minimum during cleanings and didn’t do any education. She’s the opposite!!
