I have been a client with Vast for 7 years and can say the quality of the service and customer support has declined strongly. It used to be five stars and always a great experience but for the past year, it hasn’t been a good experience. I got an email to reschedule my appointment because of internal issues and the rescheduled appointment was 1 month after original one, which was insulting. They also told me I’d need to pay a fee if I cancelled. They used to give bags with toothbrush and toothpaste after every visit, now they don’t. They used to make good clinical assessments, now I have to get second opinions. I hope management reads this, because as a client for 7 years, don’t know how many more time I will be a client.

I was going to another dentist for about 25 years before going to Vast Dental. So I was nervous and skeptical. But after a couple of visits, Dr. Hoang has earned my trust. She is very good in her work, nice to talk to and listens to your concerns patiently. She
explains the problems and the procedure with the help of X-rays. So you can see it for yourself. I liked how they use modern technology and equipment to do their jobs. The other people who worked on me were also very nice professionals. The only issue I have with Vast is that the prices are on the higher side and they ask for full payment upfront.

Been going here for 4 years and have enjoyed my experience. Fafane is the best hygienist, very gentle and a warm presence. The front desk is one of my favorite teams– they’re always so welcoming and sweet! Makes it easy to call and do the logistical things with their office. Just had a filling redone today by Dr. Jones and she was quick and skilled. I’m consistently amazed by the organization, communication, and professionalism of this office and would recommend to anyone. Parking is a bit sparse but I’ve never had a problem with their two patient spots and free street parking.
