2024 Review – This is still a great place and I feel the same way that I did with my review in 2022 (BELOW). It’s hard to believe that a dental office would nearly have a perfect five out of five stars. And they do! It’s for a good reason. The staff here is excellent! I’ve never met anyone here that I did not like. The dentist has a wonderful bedside manner, and everyone else is so nice to deal with. And don’t get me started on massage chairs and huge TVs!! So cool! I enjoy going to the dentist. Really… who says that? But Nesheiwat is the place!
2022 Review – Great place. Helpful staff. My wife and I loved Anne Marie. She’s a fantastic hygienist, gentle, thorough, kind, and helpful. Cory at the front desk very expertly helped us navigate insurance and payment questions. Massage chairs were a nice touch.
I believe Doctor Vic to be a good dentist. His front desk, phone and management staff need to be replaced with people who are experienced in customer service and can show some empathy to people who are in pain. Calling there gives me anxiety because I know I’ll be given a serious attitude, and be told the next appointment is several weeks away regardless of the issue.
Insurance authorizations are put in promptly, and the dental assistant is always a pleasure.
Once my current work is done I will be looking for a new dentist with staff that can handle their positions with some grace.
Check in was easy. After the patient portal didn’t work (they need to look at that-I can give them detail if they want) they were patient about completing it when I arrived. My doctor had not prescribed the dosage of premedication set by the AMA. No problem. Nesheiwat Dental provided the required extra. X-rays, cleaning and the doctor’s examination occurred in the same room, in contrast to a competitor I won’t name. The dental tech, who has decades of experience did a great job. The doctor was courteous and efficient. All in all a great first visit.
