Reviews:
The hygienist was really good. Explained the options which I have and gave me extra advises.
However, the reception staff (three ladies) were really rude and disrespectful. I had to pay my bill cash PS79.00. I have paid most of it by notes, however the last PS10 were in coins. We are talking for coins of PS1, PS2 or 50p. We are not talking for 1p or 2p (I’m not saying that 1p or 2p are not to be used). Receptionists have started laughing (all three of them), made me feel really unconfortable as if I’ve done something bad. In the end of the day money is money. If the government have them in circulation I don’t see a reason why not to use them and I really do not understand what was so funny about that? The point is these three ladies made me feel embarrassed without any reasons.

Took my mum for her 6 monthly check. The dental staff were lovely and very professional. Found the reception team a little rude 4 staff behind the desk and not one of them acknowledged us or said they would be with us soon just ignored us, had a chat amongst themselves and finally got round to speaking to us having waited for a couple of minutes and we were the only ones next to the desk. I work as a receptionist and even if I’m on the phone I always acknowledge a client a wave, a smile or I’ll be with you shortly instead of pretending they don’t exist.
The reception staff were organised and welcoming. My dentist saw me promptly. He and the nurse welcomed me by name and my dentist kept me informed throughout the treatment. They were efficient and caring. I am very happy with the outcome of the treatment and so grateful to be able to attend such a great practice. I feel that It’s so important to have 100% confidence in my dentist. Thank You!
