DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. UNPROFESSIONAL. I had the worst experience with this business. The receptionist, Jojo, made a mistake on the amount she charged me and she relentlessly called me for weeks over the holidays and beyond. She never apologized nor admitted that she made a mistake. She blamed myself and my insurance for the mistake. She wanted it resolved in her terms so she threatened me, asked me to provide my credit card information over the phone and she started calling my family members too. This is not the way this should have been handled.
This place usually only has a hygienist. For the three years I’ve been going here, I never got a dentist to review or oversee the health of my teeth. They just kept scheduling me for cleaning every 3 months. My previous dentist, whenever I went to get my teeth cleaned, the dentist would give me a check-up and made sure everything was ok.
There are better places out there. They all charge the same, might as well get better service and be treated better.
The amount was not substantial, $200. The way she haunted me felt like I owed them thousands. I was nice enough to come back and pay the correct amount. In the end, still no apologies, no respect from this place.
Great clinic, friendly front desk staff. Dr. Nitya is very knowledgeable and quickly communicated with my previous dentist to ensure the best treatment.
Highly recommend! Dr. Cristina Prodan is knowledgeable and personable! She takes great pride in her dental care.
