Today I was there for my moms appointment. I will say this they are extremely nice and very welcoming. From the front desk to the patient rooms everyone is super friendly. They even sense your anxiety and greet you with a smile! My experience today was no different than before. While I was waiting this patient walked in angry and cursed the girls out right in front of me! 100% uncalled for too. The girls remained calm, cool, and collective all while getting yelled at for just doing their jobs. I was super impressed they continued to wear a smile. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a friendly compassionate place. Our whole family uses Dr. Lewis and we have all had wonderful dental experiences. Today was no exception.
Had an emergency and they immediately found time to see me. This is my first experience with Victorian Dental, but it will not be my last. From the moment I was greeted on the phone, to make an appointment, until the moment I walked out the door, after a root canal, I felt at ease. The staff is friendly and Dr. Lewis is amazing. She made sure I was completely comfortable during my procedure. Her & her assistant Maria made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. The facility is clean and inviting. Also, I found their rates to be fair and reasonable. Thank you Dr. Lewis & Dr. Rae for having a dental office like this for adults.
WOW, the staff here are amazing, so welcoming and accommodating! I had went to the same adequate dentist my whole life, it wasn’t until a lot of the work that had been done in my mouth started failing that I decided to look elsewhere, I wish I had looked sooner, I am VERY impressed with Dr. Rae, He is very knowledge, communicates dentist procedures very clearly, is respectful, and makes you feel comfortable. He looks for preventive treatments that will last. I would highly recommended this dentist to everyone! Also my hygienist is one of a kind, really gets my teeth clean and they feel wonderful afterwards! Great practice!
