Title: Horrendous Experience: Village Dental Office Fails Miserably

I had the misfortune of scheduling an appointment at Village Dental Office, and what ensued was nothing short of a nightmare. My appointment was initially set for 7:40 PM, but I was called to come in early due to cancellations. Little did I know, this would be the beginning of a torturous ordeal.
Upon arriving promptly, I eagerly inquired about commencing my treatment. However, instead of being attended to, I was left to languish in the waiting area indefinitely. After what felt like an eternity, I was ushered into another room, only to be met with more interminable waiting.
As the clock mercilessly ticked away, my frustration reached its peak. Despite the passing of my original scheduled time, there was still no indication of progress or acknowledgment of my time being wasted. It became painfully evident that the staff at Village Dental Office lacked the basic courtesy to respect their patients’ time and prioritize their care.
In a state of utter exasperation, I ultimately relinquished hope and departed from the premises, utterly disillusioned and disheartened by the abysmal level of service I had encountered. The sheer disregard for punctuality, coupled with the evident apathy towards patient satisfaction, renders Village Dental Office an establishment to be avoided at all costs.
In conclusion, my experience at Village Dental Office can only be described as abhorrent. It is my sincere recommendation that prospective patients steer clear of this woefully inept dental practice, lest they subject themselves to the same woeful treatment and profound disappointment that I endured.

The dental staff there have always been fantastic but the clerical staff really need some additional training in both systems and accountability. I’ve been a patient for several years but for some reason someone took my insurance information off my file which resulted in a bill arriving in the mail. When I called to investigate they made up an excuse by saying perhaps my insurance had changed (it had not.) After investigating with my insurance provider and being informed they hadn’t attempted to submit a claim on my behalf I called back and explained the issue. They suggested I come in to the office so I asked if they were able to take my information over the phone as it wasn’t convenient to stop by and the woman insisted I come in and speak to the receptionist attached to my dentist and not her. When I explained that this wasn’t a great option to customers for an issue they created she said “Well we direct bill as a courtesy we don’t have to do that” which was basically pointing the finger at me. Needless to say I’ll be switching to another dental provider as this isn’t the first issue that has been created as a result of negligence on the administrative staff and being given rude feedback from the staff just reinforces that decision.
My son is ASD with high functioning anxiety. Normally he would need sedation for dental work but since we’ve been seeing Dr Daniel Fingrut (and his amazing assistant) he is able to get work done without a Janeway trip; he’s even fallen asleep while getting teeth drilled!!! The reception staff are so kind and compassionate, I cannot thank them enough. I’ve been seeing Dr. Smith for about 8 years and can also speak very highly of him (and his assistant) for helping me with my own dental anxiety. Highly recommend this dental office to anyone!!!
