Reviews:
I made an appointment for my husband 2 weeks ago. His appointment was today at 4pm. He filled out the new patient paperwork prior to today and I stayed on the phone with the admin while I made the appointment to ensure his insurance is in network. She confirmed it was. My husband arrives for his 4pm appointment at 3:50. He was told they never checked for his insurance being in network and he would have to do that entire process again. They also attempted to get him to RESTATE his social security number out loud in a room full of people in the waiting room. He noticed the admin asked other patients coming in to say their ssn aloud as well. He finally was moved to chair after 30 minutes and sat in the chair waiting for someone to come assist him for another 20 minutes. He waited over an hour after his scheduled appointment time and eventually just got up from the chair and walked out without a single employee ever coming over to him or saying anything to him at all. Not a good experience, he asked off from work using PTO to go to this appointment and it was a complete waste of time. He came in early with in net work insurance and was never seen after an hour.
I had scheduled appointments yet waited 40 min to be seen for my initial consultation, and again 30 min for my dental cleaning. During the cleaning, the dentist did not seem to follow the “normal” cleaning routines I am accustomed to, which is flossing then manually going in with a plaque remover tool first. Instead, she only used a high-powered water pik and rushed through the cleaning, leaving my gums bleeding and in pain and not removing any of the plaque I had before my appointment. My teeth don’t feel cleaned at all and I feel scammed out of my time and money. During the 30 minutes I was waiting, I was asked if I wanted flouride treatment. I asked if it was included or extra, to which they replied that it came included with the cleaning, so I said ok. To my surprise at checkout, they decided to charge me for the flouride treatment even though they told me it was already included with my cleaning.
The first time I went my daughter & I had an scheduled appointment. We had waited almost an hour, they were able to check/clean my daughters teeth. They checked my teeth and told me I had to reschedule for additional few services I needed. Fast forward to my next scheduled appointment. The DDS was about to start my deep clean, then comes the receptionist coming in & out the room talking to the DDS stating nothing is covered under my insurance. I had to come out of pocket $1,000. I didn’t understand why you didn’t explain this or check before my appointment in the first place. I immediately left everything about it was unprofessional, and Wasted my time. Never again!
