They said I had a cavity and made a filling. Had to go back several times, until they fixed the faulty filling. In the interim, went to two SENIOR dentists in town, who saw my xrays and said I had no cavity whatsoever. I PAID for these extra visits. I LOST time and money in the process of visiting them several times with no fault of my own. My husband and I both had to take precious time off work, and kids had to adjust their school and routine everytime I had to go for all those extra unnecessary visits. I should have been compensated for the damage, if only one knew.

What’s worse. They told me the gum pain was because of the so called “cavity”. It’s been years. The gum pain has NOT GONE.

I strongly considered taking this case to a lawyer.

Moral – ALWAYS get at least two extra opinions, even if you have to pay – before getting work done in any part of your body. I was a fool to have trusted them. Least we can do is share our experience with others so they can be warned.

One of the Drs who worked on me was kind. But does that fix the damage? Not sure what their response below means? It doesn’t help and is irrelevant.

There is another Doctor who is responsible for all this mess. She’s the one who LIED saying I hsd a cavity just for the sake of a few cheap bucks??? She was sarcastic and taunty. I never want too see that lady again.

People, please do your due diligence.

I am hurt and have been cheated.
Be warned.

Always triple-check before giving your mouth to a dentist.

And never blindly believe anyone, doctor or stranger alike.

I have never ever been to a dentist before, going at this dental clinic was my first ever experience. They made me feel very comfortable. Continuously making sure that I am doing OK, and not getting overwhelmed with x-rays and so on!

Hands down the best dental clinic I have ever been to and this is coming from a person who gets nervous going to the dentist lol
Dr.Zarin, her assistant and Annie are all so kind, compassionate, professional and reliable.
Dr.Zarin always makes me feel safe and comfortable which I am so grateful for.
Also, the place is very clean and welcoming!
