Visited vitality dental for my annuals recently. Here is how it went
Appointment Availability & Scheduling: They have plenty of slots available that showed up in 2 day wait time. They have fully functional patient forms that ask you all the necessary questions beforehand and save time during your actual visit.
Staff members: Sarah greeted me on my arrival and ensured she notified the hygienist.
Aria was my hygienist who took my X-ray, photos of each tooth, checked for gum issues, and did the detailed examination
Dr. Andrew came in and did the detailed review to confirm the findings and explained to me the course of action and treatment plan. He also provided me with the options and his recommendations. I liked this part of the conversation where he was trying to educate me.
Once my session was over, I was introduced to Claudia, who got me a printed form with the treatment plan, pricing, and insurance coverage and was open to answer my questions around these. She also helped me with scheduling and payment options.
Overall, I personally felt pretty confident with my choice of choosing Vitality Dental, they work as a closely knitted team, thorough professionals who knows what exactly they need to, they are very mindful of your time.
Insurance & Pricing Plans: They accept various insurance plans, and be sure to type in your insurance information while filling out your patient forms. For people without insurance plans, they are running discounted annual plans that are reasonably priced.

Being a current patient of Dr. Andrew, I will confidently recommend others as well.

I recently was very alarmed to find a hole in my tooth; Unfortunately I hadn’t seen a dentist regularly in the last five years. I have a terrible fear of the dentist so I wanted to find an office that offered sedation (generally all I need is a little nitrous and I can calm down enough for the procedure). I found Vitality and set up an appointment with Dr. Gino the very next day.

From the outset, the staff was so accommodating and kind and understanding. I believe the names of the staff that I dealt with were Claudia and Minoo, and they were amazing (sorry if I got that wrong I’ve come down with a temporary case of old). Dr. Gino was terrific. He was knowledgeable and kind, and made sure that I was absolutely comfortable with everything that was going on as it went on. He masterfully repaired my tooth with absolutely no pain and almost no discomfort. He may look like a teenager, but he works like an expert. My tooth looks terrific feels terrific and I think they’re terrific.

I have been a customer for about three years now. I am happy with the services and the crew members are friendly. I never have to wait too long once I arrived at the office for my appointment. Dr. Kung is one of the best Dentist I ever have. He took time to make sure my night-guard, my crown, and my teeth are done right. At one time he has to redo my crown because the vendor did not done it right so he send it back to remake it. The place is clean and organized. Best of all, I love the high end technology that they use. I like the TV on the ceiling I can watch as the crew is cleaning my teeth when I lay down. Over all I am really happy with this place and would recommend to anyone looking for dentist!
Update 01/12/202 As always, I love this place and glad to visit Dr. Kung office again!! I would like to recognize one of the staff, her name is “Minoo” for taking good care of my cleaning. She took time to clean and made me very comfortable.
