Amazing. If you live in Bunbury you are just so lucky to have this team to visit to help you. They helped me at short notice, looked after me, have given me wonderful advice and spent ages going through my options. Then.. the day after I get a text asking if I’m ok. The whole crew here are just superb and if you need a dentist honestly.. make this your first call!! I would drive from Perth to have these people do my teeth if I could. Thank you Kat and team… you’re the best and a credit to your profession.
Had my first appointment in the clinic today with Carly and Dr Cassidy, both girls were amazing and talk to me through everything very professional and very easy to get along with. Dr Cassidy explained everything so I could understand and I felt like she genuinely cared. Carly was amazing at everything she did I love how she gave me breaks in between and talked me through everything. The clinic was very clean and beautiful. I have already re-booked my next appointment thanks so much girls Xx
I’m going to start this with review by saying I can’t stand Dentists, I’ve had some rather horrible experiences with them in the past. The Team at Vivid Smiles went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and when I mentioned being resistant to anaesthesia they took time to make sure it was working properly. They made a stressful, painful dental emergency a relaxed and easy process and I’ve recommended them to all my friends and family.
