Dear Greeting
I have been a customer at your medical clinic for the past 7 years, but I am deeply disappointed by the level of service I have received. I cannot in good conscience recommend this clinic to any potential customers. The staff members lack the necessary experience and skills to properly serve customers. Despite promises to call me back on three different occasions, no one from the clinic, including individuals named Manager Asif and Anas, has followed through.
The new management at the clinic has failed to effectively oversee operations. Earlier today, I was given an appointment for 8:00 PM by a staff member named Joslie, only to be told upon arrival that there was no record of my appointment. This is unacceptable, and it is clear that time is being wasted due to disorganization and incompetence.
I sincerely hope that you will address these issues promptly and take necessary actions to improve the overall service quality at the clinic. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Have been visiting VPM medical centre for almost 3 yrs now. Extremely happy with the service that I received. Front office staff is extremely welcoming, cooperative and friendly. Technicians are well experienced and know their job very well, especially Ms. Sudheena. She did bikini and full legs laser hair treatment for me and I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the results. To my surprise, I could see very good result in my legs laser treatment just after 2 sessions. I owe it all to Ms. sudheena. Thanks a lot team VPM. You guys are doing a good job. Keep it up
