I’m one of those people who haven’t been to the dentist in years. Five years to be exact. And Dr. Heather and her staff were so patient and thorough. I felt heard; I appreciated the information explained to me in a way I could relate to. I’m going in for my first cavity, ever. This is why I was nervous going to the dentist, but Dr. Heather reassured me of her experience and training and expressed compassion towards my anxiety, so I am leaving It all in the capable hands of people trained to do these things. Going to the dentist is not fun. Sitting through all the X-rays, was not fun. But I will say, they had a low key radio going and Jumanji on the tv: they had me at Jumanji.

I am so blessed to have met the most amazing and kind dentist and his staff. I have never had a good experience with any dentist until now. I can honestly say that I avoided the dental office because of fear and uneasiness. But since I’ve been to Dr Lau, I cannot tell you how grateful I am for his professionalism and kindness. Each and every one of his staff is also a blessing and I am so grateful for all of them. Thank you so much Dr Lau and your wonderful staff. God bless you all.

The staff here makes going to the dentist as enjoyable an experience as going to the dentist can be! Dr. Vargas is wonderful to work with. She doesn’t push me into doing procedures, choosing to educate and tackle the root cause first. She is very thorough in her assessments and offers a plan of action that works for me, at my pace and within my means. My dental hygienist, Judi, is wonderful as well. She is very gentle, thorough, with a kind demeanor.
