Appalling service how do you walk into a dentist never experiencing toothache and walk out in agony for weeks on end, staff are shocking I had the displeasure of being treated by Mira got given no aftercare after having fillings went back in pain and she lied saying she did give aftercare her assistant Molly that was not present on the day of fillings lied and said she did give aftercare really how would Molly know this when she was not present on the day of fillings! I had Mira and her assistant Molly argue with me while I’m lying down in the dental chair unprofessional! Thankfully my aunty was present and asked the girls to calm down this was all recorded, After repeatedly telling the girls to calm down Mira finally looked at my mouth she was again repeatedly told the left bottom tooth was the worst for pain she went on about how the right bottom tooth was the deepest filling that’s why hm okay different sides of the mouth but okay! I asked how to control the pain she said rub toothpaste on the area. Went for a second opinion the left bottom tooth needed a new filling it was cracked that’s why I was in so much pain how Mira missed that I don’t know I could of lost my tooth due to Mira’s negligence! Also asked for dental records what a load trash that was sent over! My new dentist was gobsmacked by there negligence and unprofessional behaviour. Mira also said in the records I demanded all my filling be done in one day what!? Why would I even ask that. She said do you want them to be done in one sitting or do you want to get them done separately I asked her opinion and she said you may aswell get it all over with in one sitting! So I said okay what you recommend I’ll go with.

I am quite nervous when it comes to dental trips however Binod and Cheryl put me at ease straight away. They where friendly, professional and took thier time to check in with me and how I was getting on. Binod went beyond and offered me some numbing gel, which I quickly accepted and this helped me to relax further. Everyone at the practice is so lovely and the practice itself is very clean and professional. Best dentist I have been too and now not nervous for my next appointment.

Helpful reception staff, clean practice and seen to very quickly. Shiraz and Cheryl were very friendly during the appointment. Only one minor point that a “watch” was put on one of my daughter’s teeth and I would have appreciated what this meant being explained to me. You don’t always have the foresight to ask these things at the time, particularly when the appointments are very quick.
