Picking a new dentist can be very confusing. You just don’t know what you don’t know and, likely, the only criteria you have to go on is proximity to your home and decent-enough reviews online. So, let this review offer some insight into this practice, if you’re considering working with it.

Dr. Lemke is a consummate professional. More than doing excellent work, he is very skilled at clearly explaining what caused your problem in the first place, what needs to be done to address the problem, and why/how it needs to be done. It’s so much easier / less stressful to make dental decisions when you feel like you really understand what’s going on in your mouth, and aren’t just putting blind faith in your dentist. I’ve never had a doctor take such time and care to ensure that I understood the full picture.

His prices are competitive, and he is committed to not only fixing things when they break, but also helping to keep your mouth in tip-top shape to avoid problems in the first place. I’ve moved around and gone through many dentists in my time, not all of whom I’d recommend – but I can’t recommend this practice enough. Solid choice.

This smaller dental office has a relaxed and warm environment, and yet all the staff show a high level of professionalism. They are always ready for me when I arrive, and the work goes smoothly. I appreciate Dr. Lemke’s commitment to excellence, and I trust his judgement. He was recommended to me by an oral surgeon who was aware of his skills in cosmetic dentistry.

I had a great experience at Wallingford Family Dentistry! The staff is kind and informative. The doctor was extremely communicative and open to exploring options. The overall atmosphere is homey and comforting, which is especially nice as someone who has dental anxiety. My appointment was at 8AM, and it surprisingly wasn’t a bad way to wake up! 🙂
