I rate this dentist below zero!! No star!!! I had a bad experience on this clinic/Dr Rowena Bucad-Javier. Never ever go to this dentist.
Very poor service.

1. I was scammed, secretary issued fake receipts on my payment and pocketed my payments. When I said that I will report it to the concern agency, as if the owner was rattled because he wanted to settle the issue. At first we argued a lot with the owner and owner refused to show their record in order for me to compare the handwriting of the secretary since the secretary already resigned.
2. Not on time and not following the time of appointment and you spend a lot of time waiting. A lot of wasted just for waiting to be served. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
3. Every time you go there for a visit, the dentist make a filling on your teeth by just guessing only without taking X-rays.
4. They issue receipts from dollar store and no Registration or license number of the dentist. I still have copies of those receipts.
5. They take advantage of your insurance coverage.
6. They asked me to sign a lot of documents, and one time I complained that when I signed the two documents for my two different insurance it said there no other insurance even though I have two insurances for me and husband. It’s because the secretary claimed my first insurance 80% and 2nd insurance 80%. I questioned why did they do like that? My 2nd insurance would only pay 20% and must claim as coordination. I was so mad at that time. It happened when they were still at Dawes Place.

This dentist must be investigated by Canada Revenue Agency and the Dental Association of Ontario. They should investigate and make a disciplinary action for this dentist.
I hope that they will be able to read my review about this dentist.

I doubt that those who gave good reviews in here about this dentist are just her close friends and relatives.

I STILL HAVE ALL THE RECEIPTS ISSUED BY THIS DENTIST WHICH HAVE NO REGISTRATION #. RECEIPTS LOOK LIKE FROM DOLLAR STORE AND A RECORDED VOICE OF THE OWNER WHO WANTED TO SETTLE THE ISSUE INSTEAD OF REPORTING TO AGENCIES

Excellent service, I’m happy for my denture, and she excellent , and this clinic very very clean . All equipment. , the best hitecs , and doctora Rowena javier , she so sweet , and the she is the best accommodated , so well. And she did my denture , made me satisfied . Thank you so much . Don’t bother going here. The dentist has done multiple very poor restorations and doesn’t bother to take the appropriate measures to care for your teeth. Now we have to get everything fixed by another dentist. I’ve reported her to the CDHO, I suggest anyone else who dealt with her do the same
