My normal Dentist was unable to remove the deep root following a recent extraction.
She referred me to Ware Dental Care for the specialist procedure , of delving into my gum in order to remove the remaining root.

I found the Receptionists smiling and very helpful, and reassuring.
I was impressed by the preparations that were made in the surgery , before I was invited to the dentist room.
In these times they do lots of preparation.

I was seen by Mr Tamer Theodassy,

From the start I was impressed by the fact that he injected the anaesthetic with very little pain to me .
Very good .
Then he, and his kind assistants proceeded with great confidence and reassurance.
In a short time , it was finished …
On reflection , I am writing this review because :
It was obviously a potentially difficult procedure.
His skill meant that he did not make a large incision in my gum .
So I did not need stitches !
I was left with very little bleeding !
I had very little pain afterwards!!
His skilful work did as little disruption to my gum as was possible.
All in all ,
I think I was very lucky to have Mr Theodassy carry out my treatment.

I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I was very nervous about going to the dentist for the first time in about 13 years, but looking back, I had nothing to worry about.

Every member of staff I dealt with was helpful and friendly.

I had some amalgam fillings to be removed and replaced with composites, some chips to be filled, and a cleaning.

The work was all done by Dr. Priyanka Patel and her assistants, who put me at ease immediately.

They’ve done an incredible job restoring my teeth, my smile, and my confidence. Dr. Patel also provided very helpful advice on brushing and flossing techniques, potential whitening treatments, as well as advice on symptoms caused by my medication.

Fantastic practice, and I am actually looking forward to my check up in 6 months time!

Unfortunately the receptionists let the practice down. Very curt and short on the phone and not the best listeners – always interrupting, trying to anticipate what you’re going to say. In the waiting room they chat away with each other, making no attempts at hiding their annoyance when the phone rings. It’s a shame, as the practitioners themselves are great, some of the best dentists I’ve had. I’ve since moved away from the area and I have to say I relished the opportunity to register with a new practice.
