My regular dentist recommended Smile Dental Gateway for Specialized treatment and after my initial consultation, I can see why. All staff were very friendly and professional with Dr Joseph providing me with his knowledge and expertise and an immediate quote for future dental work with no pressure to accept. Based on my first experience, I can only do as my dentist did and recommend them highly.
Worst dental experience I have ever had. Careless, rough (absolutely butchered my mouth/ tooth), poor communication, didn’t listen (I don’t actually think she cared) and absolutely no remorse. She should not be a dentist.
First time I have attended this Dentist it was an emergency I found all the staff to be professional kind and courteous. Hannah the dentist was also gentle in regards to my treatment will definitely be attending again.
