Reviews:
I called this office looking for an emergency appointment. I was scheduled the next morning after seeing three previous dentist who did nothing the day before. I had been in some serious pain for two weeks with no help. Dr. Patrick took care of me with no problem. Landon took my X-rays (a very sweet guy) and talked to me while I waited. Dr. Patrick came in and explained every step to me, he took his time asked me if I had questions. When he said he had to pull two teethI went right into panic mode. He was very gentle and nice. Poor Landon he let me hold his hand during the procedure. Today I am pain free and feeling better than I have in the last two weeks. Thank you Dr. Patrick and your assistant (Landon) for doing such a wonderful job. I can now say I have a new dentist. By the way the front office staff are the best and very friendly.
They are not honest. I was there just 6 months ago and had a good checkup. I had my teeth cleaned. Now, apparently after only 6 months having been there I couldn’t get my regular cleaning that my insurance provides. Apparently my teeth got worse over 6 months even though I’ve been taking even better care of my teeth! I was even give a “number 5” on a range from 1 to 5, for bone loss. I argued about that and he said, well its not an “actual 5” and gave some excuse that it looked like that because of inflation of my gums! Wouldnt that be the opposite of the truth! I couldn’t get my regular cleaning because of this scam, and it wasted 2 hours of my time.
I had a tooth extraction on 08/12/24 and I was very nervous and my anxiety was over the top. But the dental assistant Mico assured me the procedure would be quick. He also applied a gel to my gums to help me feel more comfortable with having the procedure done. Thank you Mico your the best.
