This will go down as one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. This particular visit was prefaced with two weeks of antibiotics just to get the infection under control. That tooth that I fought so hard to keep was finally ready to come out…. Or better, I was ready for it to come out. Or at least I thought I was…. My typical response to oral trauma was kicking in…. I could feel my body trembling, not to mention by BP going orbital. The chair side manner of Dr. Webb, was genuine. And after a decision to move forward with the extraction, he got down to business. I was offered some gas to calm the nerves. He said, “no charge”…. I don’t know how they made this experience enjoyable… but they did. The assistant Rae, was brilliant, both in her skills and personality and a great host! I have finally found a place to which I want to return, to find a way to keep what I have left and repair the damage of years. A true blessing. Thank you Webb Dental Care I’m Wenatchee! Dr. Webb and staff are amazing. I love my hygienist, Maribel, who always makes me feel comfortable. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. All the assistants that have worked with Dr. Webb on my crowns have been great, giving me a blanket if I feel cold, and explaining what is happening. I am usually very tense and they introduced me to gas, however my insurance doesn’t cover it. So for my second crown this year, I went with out. The assistant, Stephanie, had confidence in me and I made it through fine. The next AMAZING thing was the fitting and fine tuning. Dr. Webb ground the high spots and Stephanie did the final fitting. This was the first time ever I didn’t need additional grinding. It felt perfect like it had been there all my life. Thank you Webb Dental!!

Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr. Webb and I was very impressed with the helpful, caring attitude of all the staff. The hygienist and assistants were thorough, and everything was explained so that I understood what was happening. Nothing was rushed, and they took a little time to get to know me. Dr. Webb presented a treatment plan to help prioritize what needs to be done. They are working with my insurance provider, and I received a billing summary so that I know what to expect. The office is comfortable and pleasant, with a beautiful view. My appointment was a very positive experience.
