I am one of those people who chose to go abroad to have my teeth done. After a few visits to this overseas dentist I eventually had them fitted in March this year. Immediately after having fitted I questioned the dentist as my new teeth didn’t feel correct or comfortable but they stated I would get used to them??????
Last week my bottom set of teeth set on 4 implants became loose and came out so I made numerous calls to the oversea dentist who just said come over for 5 days and we will look at them. 5 days? Plane fare PS260, hotel PS390 plus 5 days loss of earnings.
So:-
I called a Newmarket dentist called Gary Baxter who was absolutely brilliant even though it was his area of work but took the time to call me back and refer me to Wedgewood House dental surgery in Stowmarket. Thank you Gary brilliant service.

I called them last Friday and got an appointment today with Jill Geaney. The level of service I received from Jill and Wendy ( dental nurse) was the best I’ve EVER received. They could had listening my story and refused to help but Jill went above and beyond fixing my problem and after just 40 minutes and PS130 later I was smiling with pride and happiness.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND JILL at Wedgewood and GARY BAXTER (Baxter’s Wellington Street Newmarket).

I have nothing but praise and gratitude to the staff at this wonderful surgery. After a bad experience following wisdom tooth extraction I was referred by 111 to this practice. The staff,from receptionists to dental nurses and dentists go above and beyond to put you at your ease,investigate your problem thoroughly,and treat you with compassion and empathy. If only every dental practice were like this. These people are working from the heart because they care and the difference between them and other unscrupulous practices is like night and day. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Professional,kind,caring and a gem of a practice. Thank you
