Very Very Poor Administration and Nursing Staffs
I visited to the clinic with my wife (along with my son and daughter) as walk in ,as she felt some discomfort on her pregnancy and some on directed to Dr. Nirmala as she is one of the best doctor in RAK for Gynec.
We were told to wait for some time as we walked in, they have some booking patients.
My son was also not feeling good ,as he was suffering form viral fever.
we were made to sit at the clinic for 3 hours by the sister in-charge and receptionist. I told about the situation of my wife and son (he barely eat on that day due to fever) and their reply was very worst even after making us wait since 10 am to 1 pm.
if there was 3 hrs waiting period ,they should have told this at the beginning, so that we would have planned accordingly.
In fact they never bother about peoples time and patients priority.
I questioned to the receptionist about the waiting period of 3 hrs and my sons situation- he replied simply that you can buy something from supermarket and give and after some arguments ,he challenged me that you will be the last patient to see the doctor ,you cant do anything on that.
I better know that this post will not make any changes as far as the management is so conscious on the customer who visit the clinic. Such staffs will spoil the doctors and clinic reputation.
Nirmala Doctor is the most efficient and professional doctor I have ever met in ras al Khaimah, she went to show me barthalonin cyst and she treat me with the love of a motherbetween patient and docter need a trust, first time i met her i feel iam very secure with Docterand nurses also like angels docter have very patience and she listen everything, even small whispering also, and she not thinking about her time, we are very comfortable with her iam respect Doctor nirmala maamgod bless her and the nurses too
Yesterday, I visited welcare hospital, and really i’m very happy as it is high quality service and professional specially urology department, I’d like to thank the pharmacy as it is very systematic , professional, fast service even they offer free delivery so it is great experience
